A receiver records the net's listed outputs (146.760 MHz, with 145.330 and 146.640 MHz alongside), Whisper transcribes the audio on this machine, and a parser reads radiograms out of the transcript. Every message starts as machine-extracted and private. It appears here only after a person reviews it, with street addresses, phone numbers and email addresses masked unless published in full on purpose. Machine reading makes mistakes: the check is shown against the groups counted, and a match doesn't prove the copy is right.
